So Much Pain

I don't want to blog right now. I am so sore and so miserable from Saturday that I can't think clearly. More soon.


  • Oh my. Hey, that's what the 20 miler is for, Olivia. Pain now, strength later. Rest. Ibuprofin. Ice. GENTLE stretching. Eat your protein. Have some chocolate for me.

    Oh, and then blog about it, please.
